A tragic incident came to light at Sadhupul in Solan district at around 10 am today when a private bus (HP64A-4221) fell into a ditch unintentionally. Buses run daily from Solan to Sadhupul. According to SDM Solan, a total of 7 people were aboard the bus at the time of the accident, out of which 1 died on the spot and other injured were taken to the hospital for treatment. He said that the police and the local administration are present at the spot. According to the local people, this accident happened due to the narrow road. The bus goes from Solan via Kandaghat to Sadhupul. With the help of people, the injured have been shifted to Solan Hospital where they are undergoing treatment. On the other hand, the local people alleged that the ambulance arrived late after the accident and had to face trouble due to no health center nearby.
