In Himachal Pradesh, people have suffered another blow of inflation during the Corona period. Cement companies have suddenly increased the prices of cement across the state. The prices of ACC, UltraTech and Ambuja Cement have been increased by Rs 10 per bag. An additional burden has been placed on the common man by increasing the prices from Sunday. In such a situation, the budget of the people building new houses has suddenly increased. Satpal, operator of cement vendor Satpal & Co, said that earlier the price of ACC cement was Rs 410 to 415 per bag, which has now increased to Rs 420 to 425 per bag.
On the other hand, Ambuja Cement bag was earlier available for Rs 415, which will now be available for Rs 425. UltraTech Cement per bag has increased from Rs 405 to Rs 415 now. According to sources, preparations are being made to increase the price of cement by Rs 15 more from January 19. Apart from the rise in cement prices, the prices of bars have also increased by Rs 200 to 300 per quintal in a month.
