Himachal’s Police Band has done that wonder which cannot be expected from “Khaki”. Harmony of the Pines Himachal Police Orchestra has created history by making it the best-4 in the country in the talent show of private channel. Yes Hunarbaaz Desh ki Shaan-2022 trophy is undoubtedly won by Akash Singh on basis of votes, but Police Band has made its place in everyone’s heart. Police Band consists of Rajgarh Karaganu Sub-Inspector Vijay Kumar, ASI Thakur Das, Head Constable Naresh Kumar, Head Constable Rajesh Kumar, Constable Kamal Kumar, Constable Kashish Shandil, Lady Constable Deepika Thakur, Constable Dalip Kumar, Constable Ashish Kumar, Lady Constable Kritika Tanwar, Constable Manmohan Sharma, Constable Hitesh Bhardwaj, Constable Manjit Singh, Constable Karthik Sharma and Constable Prashant.
This orchestral band of Himachal Police, started in the year 1996, never had its own instruments. Today this band is increasing the value of Khaki across the country. The Orchestra of Himachal Police has become the first such band in the country, which has also been recognized by the government. The band has performed at many big stage in the past, but this time the band has taken a big leap by participating in private channel shows. Till date no police band of any state in the country has been able to do such a feat. Hence the name of Himachal Police Band may be recorded in “Guinness Book of Records” and “Limca Book”. The Police Band has started preparing for its formalities.
