Implement the pay scale to the employees of the state with 2.25, 2.59 factor and 15 percent increase. The period of one month should be extended for the employees of the state to choose the option. Pay scale applicable in Punjab should be implemented as in Himachal. Give initial scale on the lines of Punjab to all the teachers appointed on 1-1-2016, in which JBT is 37600 (Punjab) instead of 33400 (HP), C&V is 40100 as compared to 35600, TGT and DPE at 38100 place. But 41600, the spokesperson should be given 47000 instead of 43000. Make a policy for computer and SMC teachers and make a provision to pay them at par with regular teachers.
