Nine more corona infected patients have died in Himachal Pradesh in the last 24 hours. At the same time, 2940 new positive cases have come in the state. In the third wave of corona in the state, the highest number of deaths were recorded in a single day on Friday. Earlier there were 7-7 deaths for the last two days. No new case of Omicron has been reported in the state. On Friday, three infected people died in Kangra district, two in Sirmaur, while one each in Solan, Mandi, Shimla and Una. The total number of people who died of corona in the state has reached 3908. On Friday, samples of 12,283 people were taken for covid investigation. Active cases of infection have reached 17071 in the state. The government will prepare 60000 kits for corona patients, while less than 50 percent of the kits have been ready so far.
