On Tuesday, ADGP Law and Order Ashok Tiwari handed over the report related to the security lapse of BJP national president Jagat Prakash Nadda to the police headquarters. Now DGP Sanjay Kundu will study the report of SP Bilaspur and ADGP. It will be seen who is at fault at what level. The report also recommended ways to enhance the security system in the future. It is being told that some police officers of Bilaspur may be punished for negligence. Only after this DGP Sanjay Kundu will give his report to the government.

After looking at all the facts, if it feels appropriate, the government can also withdraw the FIR registered against the relatives of the police constables in this regard. According to sources, the search is on to quash the FIR. In this, all the facts are being seen at the level of the DGP that even if the decision to stop the convoy had already been taken by the relatives of the police constables, then where did the local police officers or the deployed staff have gone wrong. Somewhere the deployed staff of the police department did not relax. Videos have been seen about this. The actual role of those who performed is also being seen. He had sought permission from the DC. Nadda has also listened to his words carefully.

    The Incident

Nadda had reached Bilaspur on a one-day visit on the occasion of the start of AIIMS OPD on Sunday. During this, when their convoy started moving towards AIIMS after landing from the helicopter at Luhnu ground, the relatives of some police constables raised the banners of Justice for HP Police to give revised pay bands and their convoy was stopped. After this, SP Bilaspur was instructed to report on the whole situation within 24 hours. ADGP Ashok Tiwari was also directed to inquire into the situation on the spot, violation of the Yellow Book related to VIP protocol and other security guidelines.
