Congress today staged a vigorous protest outside the Deputy Commissioner’s office in Shimla against inflation. Due to the increase in the prices of petrol, diesel, cooking gas, the life of the general public has become miserable. Against which Congress and other parties are on the streets today. Congress’s Himachal in-charge Rajiv Shukla, Leader of Opposition Mukesh Agnihotri State President Kuldeep Singh Rathore and other Congress workers participated in the demonstration. During this, Leader of Opposition Mukesh Agnihotri said that inflation is at its peak during the BJP rule. Petrol prices have hit a century, due to which the prices of other commodities have also increased. This inflation is affecting the poor people of the country and the state. He said that inflation, unemployment, mafia rule is at its peak under Jai Ram government. Due to which the downfall of this government has been certain. On the other hand, Himachal in-charge Rajiv Shukla said that BJP came to power on the issue of inflation, but today inflation is double. People will answer this, Congress government will be formed in the state.
