The court of Additional Judicial Magistrate Nalagarh Mohit Bansal has sentenced one of the accused to two years’ imprisonment and a fine of one thousand rupees in a case of cheating in the name of getting a job in Nalagarh. Assistant District Attorney Nalagarh Geetanjali said that on December 24, 2011, Section 420, 120 of IPC against Davinder Kumar alias Mintu son Rajinder Singh resident of Kansal, Post Office and Police Station Naya Gaon, Tehsil Kharar Punjab under police station of Nalagarh. A case of fraud was registered under B. Assistant District Attorney Nalagarh Geetanjali told that the accused had hatched a conspiracy in the year 2011 and lured an ex-serviceman that he would get the job of security guard, supervisor, gunman etc. in Himachal, Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh. For which the ex-servicemen were asked to deposit the security fee. During this, he was told that ex-servicemen would get 12 thousand to sixty thousand rupees of their salary. The accused had falsely printed this inducement in the newspaper also and to cheat the people, he had opened a false office in the name of Polestar Group in Nalagarh, near the second floor of Ram Complex. The Hon’ble Court has taken this action against the accused regarding the matter.
