Case of rape of a schoolgirl has come to light in Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh. The incident happened on March 3. The relatives of the victim have lodged a complaint with the Mahila Police Station. In her statement to the police, the victim said that she was returning home on March 3, after school holidays. Then two youths came there and forcibly intimidated him and took him towards the forest. Here he raped her. Police has got the victim medically done.The victim girl student is a class X student and her age is about 15 years. The relatives first kept quiet due to shame, later they filed a case. The police have started investigation after the complaint. A team has been sent to arrest the accused. The accused are yet to be caught. After this case, there is an atmosphere of panic in the area and there is anger among the people.
