In the budget session, the government can give a big gift to the outsourced employees working in various departments, corporations and boards of Himachal Pradesh. In this regard, the cabinet sub-committee has sought necessary information from all departments, corporations and boards by February 3. After this, the sub-committee will take the proposal in the cabinet meeting by making a proposal for policy making. On Friday, in this episode, cabinet ministers Mahendra Singh Thakur and Sukhram Chaudhary held a meeting with officials of all departments, corporations, boards in the state secretariat. Talking to the media after the meeting, Minister Mahendra Singh Thakur said that exploitation of 35 thousand employees working in the state will not happen anymore. Due to the election year, the government is not going to give relief to them. Elections are held every year for the government. These are being considered sympathetically. Mahendra Singh Thakur said that thousands of youth are rendering their services on outsource basis in various departments, corporations and boards of the state. Services of these youth are being taken through various agencies. The State Government has constituted a sub-committee of the Council of Ministers to ensure the protection of the interests of the outsourced workers and to protect them from any kind of exploitation. Information requested. Some complaints have been received with the Government regarding the exploitation of these employees at various levels. The legislature and the executive will have to make coordinated efforts for speedy and permanent resolution of these complaints. After thoroughly deliberating the suggestions received from all the departments, the committee will send its report to its final form in this budget session. EPF card should be ensured with every outsourced worker. Special camps should be organized to make them aware about their provident fund accounts and other facilities being provided to them.
