On the second day of the winter session of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly, the Question Hour broke into a ruckus. The opposition had brought an adjournment motion due to widespread dissatisfaction among the police, which was rejected by Speaker Vipin Singh Parmar. At the same time, the relatives of some policemen had also submitted a memorandum in support of their demands by blocking the way of BJP National President JP Nadda during his stay in Bilaspur. The administration had also registered a case against the relatives of the policemen. The Congress opposed the incident of registration of cases against the relatives of the policemen and said that the Congress would raise the issue in the House.
