On the second day of the winter session of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly, the Question Hour broke into a ruckus. At the same time, the relatives of some policemen had also submitted a memorandum in support of their demands by blocking the way of BJP National President JP Nadda during his stay in Bilaspur.
