During a program organized in Shimla on Wednesday, Urban Development Minister Suresh Bhardwaj said that the government is considering whether or not to conduct municipal elections on the party symbol and the situation will be clarified soon.The minister said that so far no direct elections have been held on the party symbol in Shimla. In the electoral fray, only candidates supported by Congress, CPI(M) and BJP have entered the electoral fray, but elections have not been held directly on the party symbol. In such a situation, the government is also taking feedback about getting the election done on the party symbol and soon the government can clear the picture about it. During this, the Urban Development Minister denied the question of Aam Aadmi Party knocking in the state and said that he has nothing to do with Aam Aadmi Party, he is related to BJP and the state.
