Strategically important Manali-Leh road has been restored for small vehicles. The movement of vehicles was blocked on the Manali-Leh road on Wednesday morning due to snowfall at Baralacha Pass on Tuesday. In view of the snowfall in the pass, Lahaul-Spiti administration stopped vehicles going to Leh at Darcha while vehicles coming from Leh side were also stopped at Sarchu. As soon as the weather cleared in the afternoon and the situation returned to normal, the Lahaul-Spiti administration allowed the tourists to go to Leh. Although big vehicles were not allowed, all small tourist vehicles left for Leh. There was a long line of vehicles in Darcha since morning. The administration had forbidden tourists to go beyond Darcha on Tuesday evening itself, but everyone has got relief due to permission. there, International tourist destination Rohtang Pass has also been restored for tourists. According to the order of NGT, only 1200 tourist vehicles will be able to go to Rohtang every day. It will be mandatory for tourist vehicles going beyond the Gulaba barrier to get a permit.
