Nine more corona positive patients have died in Himachal Pradesh in the last 24 hours. Of these, 85-year-old woman in Bilaspur, 90-year-old woman in Hamirpur, besides 80-year-old woman in Kangra, 55, 90, 74-year-old man, 80 and 84-year-old woman in Mandi besides 35-year-old man have died. At the same time, 10 new cases of Omicron variant of corona virus have come. Of these, one case has come from Mandi and nine from Kangra district. With this, a total of 25 cases of Omicron variant have come in the state so far. Health Secretary Amitabh Awasthi has confirmed new cases of Omicron. The state government is alert about the new variant. On the other hand, the report of corona test of 1843 more people in the state has come positive. The report of State Forest and Sports Minister Rakesh Pathania has also come positive. He gave this information on social media. He requested all the people who came in contact to take care of their health and get themselves tested if they show symptoms. The number of corona active cases in the state is 9752. So far, a total of 267577 people have become positive in the state. Of these, 253840 have been cured. 3961 have died. In the last 24 hours, 2417 patients were cured and during this time, samples of 11834 people were taken for testing of corona. In Bilaspur district 810, Chamba 253, Hamirpur 824, Kangra 1636, Kinnaur 211, Kullu 416, Lahaul-Spiti 33, Mandi 1104 , Shimla 1207, Sirmaur 943, Solan 1323 and Una have 992 active cases.
