Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur launched the Covid Vaccine Amrit Mahotsav at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital in Shimla on Tuesday. They came to DDU Hospital at 11 am. After this, the health workers posted on the spot applied a booster dose to the health officials.
On the occasion of 75th anniversary of independence in Covid Vaccine Amrit Mahotsav, free booster dose is being provided for 75 days. This campaign will run till 30 September 2022. In this, all people above the age of 18 years are to be given free booster doses at government immunization centers.
During a conversation with reporters, CM said that 200 crore people in the country have got the Covid vaccine, for this he has congratulated PM Modi.
