Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar extended a warm welcome to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on his arrival at Raj Bhavan today. Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Speaker Vipin Singh Parmar and Deputy Speaker Hansraj were also present on the occasion. He has come to Shimla to attend the All India Presiding Officers’ Conference. A dinner will also be organized in his honor by the Governor on November 18.
