The budget session of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly began with a ruckus on the first day itself. For this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also appreciated the working style of the state government. Congress MLAs started a ruckus amid the Governor’s address. Congress MLAs staged a walkout from the house raising slogans. The Congress MLAs listened to the Governor’s address for about 40 minutes and then started shouting slogans midway. However, CPI(M) MLA Rakesh Singha remained sitting in the House. He did not go out with the Congress Legislature Party. After the Governor’s address, the BJP and the Congress Legislature Party will make a strategy for the next day. Ministers and MLAs will discuss in the chamber of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur. Under the chairmanship of Leader of Opposition Mukesh Agnihotri, Congress MLAs will also hold a meeting in the opposition lounge. There will be no question hour today.
