An FIR has been registered on the tricolor yatra of Youth Congress and NSUI students who came out to give a befitting reply to Khalistani supporters and Pannu. Those identified include several youth Congress and student leaders, including Vikramaditya Singh Yudh Pati Thakur.
After the message sent to the opposition leaders including the Chief Minister regarding the unfurling of the tricolor of pro-Khalistan and Sikh for Justice supremo Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, Vikramaditya Singh replied to him on the message and talked about taking out the tricolor yatra in the capital. Now this bet seems to be turning upside down. Slogans and demonstrations are forbidden on the Ridge or Mall Road, in such a situation, Shimla Police has registered an FIR for NSUI and Youth Congress for sloganeering on the Ridge. According to the police report, when the policemen were also on duty for the tricolor yatra of Youth Congress/NSUI. When the Tiranga Yatra reached the CTO around 11-30 in the morning, the protesting Youth Congress and NSUI students were told by the police personnel that slogans are not allowed on the Mall Road. But they all proceeded towards the ridge and remained silent till the scandal point but after that everyone started shouting slogans. The identified persons included Yadupati Thakur Vikramaditya Singh, Chhatar Singh Thakur, Rahul Mehra, Virendra Banshu, Amit Thakur, Rahul Chauhan, Dinesh Chopra, Deepak Khurana etc.
