Rain and snowfall are forecasted in the higher reaches of Himachal Pradesh on Monday and Tuesday. During this, there is a possibility of snowfall in the high altitude areas of the state and rain in the low altitude areas.
Keeping in mind the snowfall, the Lahaul-Spiti and Kinnaur district administrations have issued an alert. The administration has issued orders to stop the movement of civil vehicles in front of Darcha in Manali Sarchu Marg from November 2. However Army vehicles are not banned.
