NCC Additional Director General reaches Shimla NCC Headquarters, appreciates NCC cadets taking training

Major General Jasvir Singh Sandhu, Additional Director General of NCC, visited 7 HP (I) Company NCC Headquarters Shimla on Tuesday. Major General Jasveer Singh Sandhu on reaching NCC Headquarters Shimla was welcomed by NCC Cadets, Army Personnel, Army Officers, Eno, CTO while NCC Cadets presented impressive Guard of Honor to NCC Additional Director General Major General Jasvir Singh Sandhu. During this visit, Group Commander, NCC Shimla Headquarters, Brigadier Manoj Khanduri briefed NCC Additional Director General Major General Jasvir Singh Sandhu in detail about the training activities of NCC organized at Shimla. During this, Additional Director General Major General Jasvir Singh Sandhu organized a special session with all the Commanding Officers, Eno, CTO and staff of NCC Group Shimla Unit Army Wing in which the upcoming NCC activities were also discussed. Additional Director General Jasveer Singh Sandhu called upon the people and educational institutions to develop the NCC framework in schools, colleges and universities and inculcate the spirit of nationalism, unity, morality, self-reliance, patriotism and social service among the students. NCC Additional Director General Major General Jasveer Singh Sandhu took stock of the salute, parade and training related to NCC by the NCC cadets and praised them for their good and impressive performance, as well as the cadets for their training and future service in the Indian Army.
