The five-day national level Winter Carnival organized in Himachal Pradesh’s tourist city Manali has concluded on Thursday. Education Minister Govind Singh Thakur concluded the carnival. Shimla’s Ashima Chauhan has won the title of Winter Queen in Winter Carnival. In the program held late on Thursday night, the Winter Queen was elected and the head of Shimla’s Ashima was crowned as the Winter Queen. Ashima wants to make her career in modeling.
In the competition, Tapti Thakur was the first runner up and Ipshita of Chamba was adjudged the second runner up. The competition saw a tough competition among all the participants. This match, which started between the beauties, reached the final stage after several stages. The winner of the Winter Queen was elected at around quarter past 10. On the last day, 25 beauties spread their beauty on the ramp. The whole auditorium erupted in applause on the catwalk of the beauties.
